Nace el 21 de Setiembre del ano 2005, por la voluntad de un grupo de Argentinos y Espanoles amantes esta danza, con el fin de realizar acciones dirigidas a potenciar, promover y difundir la cultura del tango en todos sus aspectos y expresiones, pero fundamentalmente, para poder lograr un ámbito propicio para disfrutar de este baile, del cual carecíamos en Alicante.
